Description Alisher Alikulov is a member of the International Association of Writers and Artists in the USA, a member of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan, Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Alikulov was born in 1966 in Tashkent. From 1983 to 1987 studied at the Republican Art School under the guidance of V. Petrov, M. Umarov. In 1995 he graduated from the department of monumental painting of the National Institute of Arts and Design. K. Bekhzod under the leadership of G. Kadyrov and R. Khudaybergenov. In defense, Alikulov presented a work on the topic “The Collapse of the Great Empire.” The painting was done in the interior of the National Institute of Arts and Design. K. Bekhzoda. Alikulov is a participant in international and republican exhibitions and the author of significant monumental works located in iconic administrative buildings of Uzbekistan.
