From Old Masters to contemporary art, Anwar Victorin provides tailored and independent advice on acquisitions and deaccessions to today’s collector. With over twenty years of combined experience, Victorin’s team relies on an international network of collectors, curators, consultants and conservators to offer discrete and proficient services.

As an agent, Anwar Victorin can make well-informed, objective, aesthetic and economic judgments, offering sound advice, separate from other dealers, galleries or auction houses. Clients are provided with the following services:

Locating art work for acquisition
Advice on deaccessioning
Guidance on auction purchases, including discrete bidding on behalf of clients
Negotiation of all aspects of purchases and sales
Collection management including insurance, storage, shipping, photography, conservation, framing and cataloguing
Handling requests for long-term loans to museums or temporary exhibitions
Art historical research, including provenance research

Anwar has over 15 years of experience in fine art, finance, and alternative assets. He also possesses a wide range of experience in banking, private-equity, and international business. From holding positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch global securities division in New York City, to working in multi-billion private equity funds, allows Anwar to advise clients on art portfolio investing as a unique asset class from a complete perspective.

He graduated from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business with a degree in Finance, in Washington. DC. As an industry professional, Anwar is driven to bring efficiency to the global art business and improve the profitability of his customers and investors.
